Job Description
As a Customer Team Leader at Co-op, you'll be responsible for leading our store team, coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, and deputising for the Store Manager when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and welcoming service to our customers, ensuring their shopping experience is great every time.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
* Manage stock levels and maintain high standards of store appearance and maintenance.
* Support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the store.
