Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Plan and deliver engaging, multi-sensory lessons tailored to the individual learning styles of each student.
🔹 Support students who have complex emotional, behavioural, and social needs, including those with a history of school refusal.
🔹 Use de-escalation techniques, therapeutic approaches, and emotional regulation strategies to foster a safe and productive learning space.
🔹 Work closely with SENDCOs, speech and language therapists, and behavioural specialists to ensure a coordinated support plan.
🔹 Deliver a broad curriculum with a focus on Functional Skills, life skills, and confidence building.
Who We're Looking For:
✔️ QTS / QTLS teachers, SENCOs, or alternative provision specialists with experience in SEMH and SEND education.
✔️ Educators with expertise in ASD, PDA, ADHD, trauma, and attachment disorders.
✔️ Individuals with a background in restorative practice, social work, psychology, or mental health support.
✔️ A compassionate, flexible, and resilient approach to supporting students with complex needs.
