We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic student or graduate with an interest in Human Resources to join our People Team on a placement from autumn 2025. The placement will be based in our North Yorkshire office at Bolton Abbey. Supported by your HR Manager and colleagues around you, you will play an integral role in supporting the People Team with a wide range of duties, allowing you to develop a strong understanding of HR principles whilst gaining invaluable skills and experience in areas such as; administration, recruitment, employee relations, engagement and learning & development. Performing various administrative tasks and supporting the departments daily activities, you will manage and prioritise the workflow of all associated HR and employee lifecycle administration requests and have exposure to a wide range of HR processes. This is a 10 - 12 month placement working office hours, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work the occasional weekend when required. Travel across the Devonshire Group locations will be required on occasion.
