What You Will Do:
As a Property Consultant, you will be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional service and achieve outstanding sales results. Your role is pivotal in ensuring properties are sold at the best possible price, progressing transactions smoothly, and keeping all stakeholders well-informed.
* Appraisal Expertise: Conduct in-depth apartment appraisals, setting competitive asking prices and guiding owners on enhancing property appeal.
* Client Interaction: Lead engaging property viewings, matching customers with their ideal homes while showcasing the lifestyle benefits of our developments.
* Sales Progression: Collaborate with our Sales Progressor to move deals from offer to completion efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
* Market Insights: Stay ahead of the game by monitoring market trends, providing valuable feedback to enhance our sales strategies.
* Customer Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with vendors and buyers, nurturing relationships and driving sales through proactive follow-ups.
Your Attributes
* Experience of successful selling within an estate agency or letting agency environment and/or within property sales.
* Experience of developing and following up leads and enquiries within timescales
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* The ability to learn policies and procedures quickly and efficiently.
* Excellent ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
* Skilled in fostering positive teamwork and contributing to shared goals.
* Time management, resilient, flexible, multi-tasking, tenacious and agile.
