An exciting opportunity has opened up within our company for a bright & bubbly individual to join our busy team as a Senior Office Administrator. We’re looking for a responsible energetic individual with impeccable organizational skills to help ensure our company continues to operate effectively and efficiently. The right candidate will have the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, communicate effectively across all levels of our businesses, pick up new systems quickly, be creative yet methodical and possess an upbeat “can do” attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Top notch office administration knowledge
2. Proficient with Accounts receivable & payable reconciliation
3. Knowledge of Xero accounting software
4. Computer literate with strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
5. Strong attention to detail & excellent data entry skills
6. Brilliant customer service & communication skills – both written & verbal
7. The ability to work within a team and autonomously
8. Preferably knowledge of ACE payroll
9. Previous experience with Job Management Systems
10. At least 3+ years experience in a similar position or tertiary knowledge
11. Excellent presentation, both personally and professionally
12. The ability to problem solve and think on your feet
13. Marketing experience is a great bonus
14. A great sense of humour, and the ability to sing along!
