Teaching Personnel are looking for a SEN Tutor in Daventry and surrounding areas.
What we look for in a SEN Tutor:
1. Relevant experience or qualifications in education (QTS not essential).
2. Experience working with children with challenging behaviour.
3. SEN experience.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with students.
5. Flexibility and adaptability to tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of individual students.
Your main responsibilities as a SEN Tutor:
1. Planning lessons and creating resources according to the students’ needs and learning style to create a bespoke individualised learning package.
2. Delivering tailored 1:1 tutoring sessions to students with SEN needs, supporting their academic progress and personal development.
3. Helping students to engage and encouraging their active participation in the learning process.
4. Providing feedback for each session on our bespoke learning platform LEAP.
