My client is an established and financially stable leisure holiday park, with 3 pubs/bars off-site from the holiday park, with a great reputation and exciting growth plans. They are looking for a General Manager with multi-site experience in the pub sector to take on a key leadership role at their holiday park in Devon.
About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations or Multi-site General Manager from the pub sector. Ideally, you must be able to relocate for this role. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance improvements, and ensure the smooth and profitable running of the park. This site has a lot going on and over time you will take on the whole park in 6 to 12 months, a business hitting over 8 million per year.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of the holiday park's operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
* Identify and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
* Establish clear communication channels to ensure a seamless flow of information across the site.
