As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning, supporting both their academic progress and emotional well-being. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: ✅ Support students with their learning, social development, and emotional regulation. ✅ Assist teachers in delivering engaging, adapted lessons that meet individual needs. ✅ Work with students 1:1 and in small groups to provide tailored support. ✅ Help create a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment. ✅ Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to support students’ holistic development.
