As a Head of Transformation, you will be at the heart of helping the Operating Board shape and deliver our 3 year Transformation agenda and responsible for the delivery of key outcomes that contribute to the success of the strategy. Working with the Director of Clothing Transformation and Operations, you will be responsible for leading complex, end-to-end Transformation programs on behalf of the business. As a part of this, you will also be responsible for working alongside key stakeholders to identify new opportunities within our clothing store operations that will support the delivery of our clothing strategy. You will pull together & lead the right cross-functional team on programs from ideation through to delivery working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business at all levels to lead and accelerate change. You will drive end-to-end thinking, employing an outcome-centric & hypothesis-led approach to problem solving & innovation. Your programs will be led brilliantly to deliver change at pace, creating high-performing end-to-end teams.
