Job Title: Project Consultant - Waste & Recycling
Location: Hybrid working (office in Malvern, Worcestershire)
Salary: Up to 50K per annum dependent on experience plus revenue share bonus

Sitemark Ltd is an independent FM consultancy focused on identifying and sharing best practices in soft services like cleaning, security, and waste management. Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert waste and recycling consultancy services, with a focus on the healthcare sector (particularly NHS trusts)
2. Identify and share best practices in waste management and recycling to help clients improve their sustainability and efficiency
3. Collaborate with clients to review their current waste services and make recommendations for improvement
4. Support the sales process by sharing your technical expertise and building relationships with key stakeholders
5. Work as part of a team to continuously develop and improve the company's waste and recycling service offering
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Educated to degree level or equivalent
2. Previous experience in waste and recycling, ideally within the healthcare/NHS sector
3. Strong technical knowledge of clinical waste streams, regulations, and best practices
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at all levels
5. Ability to use data and analysis to build a compelling business case for change
6. Emotional intelligence and adaptability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships
7. Passion for sustainability and a drive to continuously learn and innovate
8. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CIWM) preferred
This is a hybrid role with the expectation of circa 2 days per week in the company’s Malvern office. Applications are invited from candidates living within approximately one hour’s commute of this location. The role also has an element of on-site working. This could be anywhere in the UK so you must be willing to travel and hold a full, valid driving licence.
