We are looking for a dynamic person to join our excellent team as a musculoskeletal therapist. In this role you’ll have the important task of providing high levels of injury diagnosis, management and rehabilitation to the diverse client base within our practice and to The Elite Dancers of the Addict Dance Academy
You must have previous experience of at least 3 years in providing musculoskeletal therapy services with a proven track record whilst having have a strong focus on the client experience.
You also must be able to work in a fast- paced environment and demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities and Activities:
Provide Musculoskeletal services to the private clients of Rob Leather Physiotherapy Ltd to the highest industry standards, including:
•Subjective and Objective Assessment of injury / pathology
•Diagnosis using clear clinical reasoning
•Providing individualised Treatment plans and rehabilitation
•Deliver when indicated Specialised screenings for individual clients
One day per week to provide Musculoskeletal services to the elite Dancers at The Addict Dance Academy within Leicester, working closely with the dancers, coaches and Principal to ensure the highest of standards of performance are achieved.
Where appropriate utilise the specialist networks to enhance the service delivery to the clients of the company including using Orthopaedics, Sports medicine and Podiatry as indicated
Be responsible for keeping precise medical records, using Cliniko software, in keeping with the requirements of the governing bodies such as HCPC, CSP and BASRAT
Be responsible for taking payments from clients following assessment, treatment and rehabilitation sessions in keeping with the pricing structure of Rob Leather Physiotherapy Ltd ,
Manage individual caseload and diary booking / rebooking to ensure efficient time management throughout the working day /week, assistance with this will be offered by the administration team.
Continue to evaluate, review, revise and implement working to the highest industry standards, keeping abreast of latest evidence based musculoskeletal therapies
Comply with client medical confidentiality in keeping with the code of Conduct of the HCPC, CSP and BASRAT, as well as ensuring confidentiality of Rob Leather Physiotherapy actions as required.
Provide the company with up to date copies of all qualifications certificates, evidence of insurances and the required DBS certification
Where appropriate aim to generate, expand and develop the business for Rob Leather Physiotherapy to enhance the services delivered to clients for a diverse network of referrals.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
•At least 3 years post graduate experience in the provision of Musculoskeletal services, with experience of working within a sports or clinic environment.
•Working experience in the successful management of varied caseloads including experience of managing sports injuries.
•Working experience in the preparation and delivery of rehabilitation programmes within both the sports and clinic environments
•An on-going record of CPD with some specific emphasis in Sports injury / musculoskeletal management.
•Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
•Computer literacy, including MS office and databases.
Desirable
•Current member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and registration with the Health Professions Council
•A postgraduate qualification specialising in Sports Physiotherapy, Sports and Exercise Medicine or Sports Rehabilitation
•Experience of working within Elite sports environment providing physiotherapy and performance services in a club or clinic setting
•Acupuncture Association or Dry Needling accreditation.
•Experience of working independently within the clinical or sporting setting
•Advanced life support training within the past two years
•Full Driving Licence.
