Role Overview: As a Private Client Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial advisers and ensuring the smooth delivery of client services. This position involves working closely with advisers and clients to manage the administrative aspects of financial planning. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisers. Maintain and update client records using Intelligent Office or similar systems. Prepare and process client documentation, including new business applications and annual reviews. Liaise with clients, providers, and third parties to ensure timely resolution of queries. Monitor and manage adviser diaries to ensure effective time management. Generate accurate reports and correspondence to assist with client reviews and meetings. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies Requirements : 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar IFA administration role Proficiency in Intelligent Office (or equivalent CRM systems). Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.: Team player with a proactive attitude.
