The Role - Waste and Recycling Operative
We are currently seeking a permanent, full time Waste and Recycling Operative to carry out cleaning, recycling and waste duties both internally and externally at our halls of residence sites.
The role involves emptying, collecting, transporting and sorting of general waste and recyclable materials to agreed time scales and the use of external cleaning equipment such as a jet washer and Leaf blower. Driving is required to move waste and recycling to bin compounds and subsequently the successful candidate must hold a valid driving license.
This post will be based at one of our Halls of Residence within Southampton; you might be expected to work from multiple halls locations at times if required.
