Location: Bailrigg, Lancaster, UK Full time, fixed-term contract (6 months) Interview date: Tuesday 3 rd December 2024 The Accommodation Team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide an in person, customer orientated, front line service to students living at Chancellor’s Wharf in the city centre. Chancellor’s Wharf comprises 244 bedrooms for mostly second and third year undergraduate students. Whilst working independently at the site you would also be working as part of a strong and supportive wider accommodation team responsible for delivering a professional and friendly accommodation service to all students. You should have experience of administrative processes in a busy office or customer service environment, preferably within the HE or a housing context. You will have excellent IT and communication skills as well as strong organisational skills; demonstrating an ability to work flexibly with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
