Description
* Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
* Managing correspondence and responding to enquiries professionally and promptly.
* Ordering office supplies.
* Filing, archiving and maintaining accurate records.
* Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
* Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Upholding confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.
* Contributing to the overall efficiency of the team through proactive involvement.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
* Immediately available and able to commit to a 6-9 month FTC
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* A keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
Job Offer
