Kenton Black Finance are delighted to represent this successful and busy firm in Ellesmere Port, who due to continued success, are now seeking to appoint a capable, experienced Payroll Administrator. This exceptional opportunity is ideally suited to someone in an existing Payroll role now seeking more autonomy and career prospects to develop their future payroll career as the payroll team and division grows!
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -
Responsible for full end to end payroll processing both weekly, fortnightly, four weekly and monthly payrolls using IRIS (previous exp ideal but not essential, training given)
Responsible for your own portfolio of clients
Responsible for the daily payroll administration
Processing of auto enrolment duties
HMRC liaison
New starters/leavers, P45/P46/P60's
Dealing with client queries
Person Specification
Previous experience within a similar role ideally within a bureau/umbrella/ or multi interval payroll processing industry role.
Extensive experience in running multiple payrolls from start to finish in a fast moving environment
Great attention to detail and speed of response
Exceptional team working skills
Proactive and innovative approach to resolving queries
Confident and friendly communication/telephone manner
The successful candidate will possess ideally strong bureau/umbrella expertise or multi interval/multi site payroll processing within industry, working within a fast paced environment running payrolls from end to end, In addition, will possess a friendly and confident telephone manner and flexible approach to their work.
