We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to support the dynamic Sales team. This role offers a supportive learning environment that ensures personal development and opportunities for progression. Day-to-day of the role: Progress enquiries through the sales funnel to the point of contract award. Update notes and maintain accurate records on the CRM system. Add new contacts to projects and organisations within the CRM. Maintain and update LinkedIn profiles and key account client hierarchy charts on the CRM. Ensure key personnel details are added to our CRM for analysis and marketing purposes. Develop periodic content and communications for key account client segments. Support the preparation of Quality Submissions for Frameworks and Large Contract bids. Conduct reviews of specialist press for opportunities and research client pipeline opportunities for inclusion in our sales funnel. Provide administrative support to the Sales team and handle ad-hoc duties as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably within a similar industry. Strong familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining client databases. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving.
