EMEA Sales Manager / Head of Sales / International Sales Manager required to join a manufacturer of electronics, sensors, measurement devices, force measurement, transducers and load cells.
The EMEA Sales Manager / Head of Sales / International Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a European Sales Team of 9 direct reports across the UK, France and Germany as well as developing sales within the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region.
This is a work from home position, based in the UK with an expectation on international travel up to 50%.

Role
* Sales and client-relationship management internationally covering EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa)
* Manage a European Sales Team of 9 direct reports between the UK, Germany & France
* Guide and support your sales team through training and mentoring
* Generate reports on all sales activity, prepare annual budget and sales forecasting
* Responsible for the sales strategy & direction taken as well as the overall growth of the territory
* Develop new strategic partnerships
* Negotiate deals and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
* Attend regional meetings to ensure effective business practice
Requirements
* Prior experience managing a sales team
* Prior International Sales / EMEA Sales experience (EMEA preferred or willing to cover this region). Experience as a EMEA Sales Manager / Head of Sales / EMEA Business Development Manager / International Sales Manager or similar
* Knowledge of electronics, sensors, measurement devices, force measurement, transducers and load cells.
* Fully remote within the UK, willing to travel internationally 50 % of the time
