Senior Resourcing Manager - Experienced Hires
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced in-house recruiter to join us on a permanent basis as a Senior Resourcing Manager.
What will I be doing?
Recruiting top talent
You will lead our exceptional experienced hire team that focuses on lawyer and business professional recruitment.
Our brief is simple - we want to attract and retain the best talent in the industry. But achieving this goal is no mean feat - we are in a challenging candidate market and are constantly looking at ways to be creative and innovate. It's tough, but incredibly rewarding and we can guarantee you will not be bored!
The resourcing function has evolved over the past 5 years, and as trusted partners, the business looks to us to fulfil one of its key strategic aims: driving profitable growth.
Team management
Whilst the stakeholder piece is important, you will also be an empathetic and engaging team manager. We are looking for someone who can coach, mentor and develop whilst at the same time, know when they need to roll their sleeves up and get recruiting.
People team projects
As well as being an integral member of the resourcing leadership team, you will have a key role within the wider People team, forming part of the extended people leadership team, including representatives from Advisory, L&D, Responsible Business and Resourcing. These relationships are absolutely critical to the success of this role and we are looking for someone who is keen to get involved in a wide range of People related matters, rather than staying in their (resourcing) lane.
Data and analytics
The final piece of this role is the reporting and data analytics element. We are looking for someone who can take the data and develop business commentary and market insight. We don't just want a pack of figures every month or quarter, we want someone who can take the data sets and bring them to life leading our senior leaders to really engage with the story we have to tell.
What you'll need
1. Previous experience managing a high performing team
2. An experienced recruiter who is able to adapt to a range of roles and priorities
3. Curious and innovative, with an eye for data and market trends
4. Previous experience within a professional services/partnership environment is preferred
