You’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons that nurture personal, social, and academic development while fostering a love for learning. Working alongside a dedicated team of teaching assistants, you will create a dynamic and inclusive environment where every child thrives. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to meet the needs of EYFS students. Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment. Assess and track student progress using a variety of assessment tools and strategies. Collaborate with parents and carers to support each child's development. Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school activities. Encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning through innovative teaching methods. What We’re Looking For: A qualified teacher with a recognised EYFS qualification (QTS or equivalent). A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting young learners. Experience in planning and delivering the EYFS curriculum. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
