Position Overview: The Executive Projects Assistant will work closely with the CEO in a high growth, fast paced, innovative high-growth environment. This pivotal role combines executive-level support, strategic project management, and leadership, serving as the CEO’s trusted advisor and strategic partner. The EPA will act as a key liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, manage direct reports, prepare impactful presentations and pitches, and occasionally support the CEO in high-stakes meetings. Key Responsibilities Executive Support t to the CEO: Manage the CEO’s schedule, ensuring optimal prioritisation of time and tasks. Screen and respond to communications on behalf of the CEO, prioritising urgent matters. Maintain confidentiality and build trust as the CEO’s right-hand resource. Strategic Leadership & Representation: Act as the CEO’s voice in meetings, presentations, and decision-making forums when required. Represent the CEO and the organisation professionally to clients, partners, and internal teams. Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations. Client Pitches & Presentation Preparation: Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and client pitches, translating complex ideas into compelling visuals and narratives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for client or stakeholder meetings. Source the external landscape to provide strategic insights Team & Direct Report Management: Oversee and support the management of the CEO’s direct reports, ensuring alignment with company goals. Monitor team performance and project progress, addressing bottlenecks and escalating issues when necessary. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to drive efficiency and outcomes. Operational Efficiency & Project Management: Drive key strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Develop and optimize processes to streamline the CEO’s workflow and company operations. Manage special projects and critical tasks that require the CEO’s oversight, ensuring seamless execution. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Executive Projects or in a senior operations/strategy role, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment. Exceptional organisational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels. High proficiency in preparing professional presentations and client pitches (PowerPoint/AI and Technology systems ). Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including experience managing direct reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
