Job Description
* Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable tasks.
* Assist with the month-end financial processes.
* Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
* Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
* Support the finance team with various administrative tasks.
* Maintain and organise financial records and documentation.
* Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
The Temporary Accounts Assistant should be:
* Studying AAT, AAT qualified or have experience in a similar role.
* Experience using accounting software; Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be beneficial.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
