About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Customer Success Manager at Lead Forensics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling, and ensuring seamless onboarding and support processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
2. Identify opportunities for growth and upselling, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
3. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and support processes.
Requirements:
1. Sales/Account Management or Customer Success background with experience in interacting with Director Level Individuals.
2. Experience in using CRM systems.
