My client, a well-established and reputable organisation, based on the outskirts of Maidstone is looking to recruit a Payroll Officer to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties will include:
1. Responsible for processing and managing the complete Payroll function
2. Processing new starters, leavers, contract details and additional payments
3. Producing monthly reports including pensions and HMRC
4. Keeping up to date with relevant regulations, practices and legislations
5. Monitoring holiday entitlement and absences
6. Completion of month-end schedules and supporting with year-end audits
The successful candidate will:
1. Have previous experience within a similar role
2. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
3. Be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
