Job Summary: Lead the Barbon programme office, managing the business change portfolio to achieve strategic goals set out in the five year plan.
• Drive change by providing the business with an understanding of the impacts of all change, driven externally or internally, on the business architecture.
• Assign and manage projects to support business change and transformation, working closely with stakeholders and programme teams.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive business change portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Plan and deliver business change initiatives, providing guidance and support to teams and stakeholders as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business change opportunities and challenges.
• Develop and implement business change strategies, ensuring effective change management and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Analyze and evaluate the impact of business change on the organization, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes as needed.
