As the Quality Manager you will

Make a difference in a dynamic environment: You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various departments, including technical teams, to ensure customer needs are met.
Champion compliance and safety: You will maintain our Rospa Gold award status and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. As the Quality Manager your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing quality strategies and processes to achieve business objectives.
Monitoring industry trends and advancements to integrate best practices into the quality management system.
Providing expert advice on quality-related issues and acting as the primary point of contact for all quality matters
Analysing data and utilising KPIs to identify areas for improvement across all aspects of quality, including customer, supplier, and internal performance.
Performing regular internal audits and inspections to assess adherence to quality standards
Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to product quality
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of quality assurance and HSE professionals.
Guiding and supporting all compliance matters involving legislation, changes, and HSE/Government updates

NEBOSH Certificate / Diploma or similar
8D, FEMEA, Ishikawa, Root Cause, Kaizen, Six Sigma and 5Y
ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
