Visually-impaired Managing Director of a successful financial services company is seeking to hire a finance administrator, on a self-employed basis, for their new company expansion plans. Responsibilities To assist the MD with all required administration duties which involves remotely dialing into their systems to provide the required support. Accompany the MD to various meetings and visits to the office (2 to 3 days per week). Provide administrative support in the processing and organising of client information and submission of finance applications to various commercial and bridging loan lenders. Update and maintain CRM system. Maintain clear and accurate records. Provide up-to-date information to the MD in relation to case progression and requirements. Assist in the submission of Bridging, Commercial Finance and Development Finance Loan applications. Assist in the tracking of all submitted cases and liaise with all relevant stakeholders to see cases through to completion. The Ideal Canditate: Must be IT literate with a high level of technical aptitude. Be able work from a private, quiet location given the sensitive nature of client information. Be personable with a clear and professional telephone manner. Have working knowledge of the financial services industry, preferably from a brokerage perspective. Be organised and able to successfully juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Have great attention to detail, this is crucial. Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations. Have own transport. What is on Offer Hourly rate of £18 per hour with potential of commission. Please note that payments are made through Access To Work Government Grant Scheme. Flexible working.
