Working for a privately owned Domiciliary Care Company that is currently expanding its internal team alongside a team of 8 internal staff members.
You will be responsible for:
1. Allocation of care shifts/rotas to care staff
2. Ensuring care planning apps run and are updated by care staff
3. Ensuring care staff provide the highest level of care at all times
4. Ensuring care staff attend regular training updates
5. Effective communication with care staff, clients, their families, and the internal team
6. Answering the telephone and taking new care queries
7. Competency in Word and Excel
8. Knowledge of CRM 2000 ideally, although training will be given
Ideally, you will have:
1. Held the same role previously at the same level or have been in the care sector as a Senior Carer looking to progress your career
Additional Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking, and written communication
2. Flexibility and ability to be a team player
3. Effectiveness and ability to multitask
4. Excellent IT skills
If you have been a Domiciliary Care Coordinator previously and want to work for a company that is expanding, this role is for you. You will need to have the right to work within the UK without any restrictions. Unfortunately, this role cannot take employees looking for sponsorship.
You will be required to undergo an Enhanced Adult & Child DBS, which will be paid for by the employee. The role is also subject to satisfactory referencing.
