Day-to-day of the role:
* Answering phone calls and managing the primary inbox.
* Inputting orders and processing invoices efficiently.
* Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service.
* Collaborating closely with other departments to assist with various tasks.
* Maintaining effective communication with customers to address their needs and queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
