Office Administrator – £13.25ph – Wakefield plus overtime x 1.5 – West Yorkshire
High-end specialist organisation urgently requires an experienced Office Administrator working in the sales and admin office. You will be responsible for raising and sending purchase orders to suppliers for specific parts aligned to their business, liaising with customers to ensure the products are correct and fit for purpose, and supporting managers in this process.
As an Office Administrator, you will have previous administrative experience within a busy environment, possess excellent organisational and planning skills, and have the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced organisation. Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, great attention to detail, and excellent IT skills, particularly MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word), are essential. A professional, confident, and ‘can do’ attitude is also required.
Full training will be provided in this role where required. Being a family-owned business ensures you are a valued member of the team. Any experience in manufacturing is an advantage but not essential.
Working Hours: Mon to Thu 8am – 4.30pm and Fri 8am - 3.15pm. Good benefits coupled with excellent working conditions, free parking, possible overtime, and potential bonus.
This role is commutable from Wakefield, Pontefract, Castleford, Normanton, Knottingley, Garforth, Rothwell, Sherburn in Elmet, and Leeds.
