This role is being offered as a 12-month FTC and on a permanent basis.
DAY TO DAY:
1. Answering a variety of inbound calls acting as the first point of contact for customers
2. Providing excellent customer service via telephone or email
3. Working with internal teams and external parties to resolve queries efficiently and timely
4. Finding solutions for sometimes complex issues
5. Logging all queries and correspondence onto the company system
6. Using multiple screens to process applications
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
7. This would suit someone who is able to communicate effectively with both colleagues and customers.
8. You will also have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with an ability to adapt and respond well to change.
9. Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office products is also key.
10. Be a natural people person, who is enthusiastic with their approach.
11. Key for this role is flexibility as you will need to be comfortable working hours varying between 7:30 am and 10:15 pm Monday to Sunday, including some Bank Holidays.
