We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Coordinator to join a friendly team at Tilia Homes based at our Northern regional office in Warrington on a fixed-term contract of 12 months.
We're looking for someone who can help manage administration and submit required documentation. This post will be an important part of our Technical team, helping with the recent and continuing changes in legislation. The successful candidate will co-ordinate aspects of the department information process concerning the issue and management of accurate information flow, working closely with all other functional teams within the business.
Duties include:
1. Ensure high standard of Quality Assurance for all project documentation - all information is compliant with project naming conventions, and document control protocols, ISO requirements.
2. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all documentation.
3. Maintain and ensure integrity, accuracy, quality, security of Electronic Documents.
4. Monitor & manage Workflows process for Consultants / Design Team Documentation.
5. Ensure full auditability & traceability of Design Coordination process for Consultants / Design Team.
6. Manage and Maintain Project Directory within EDMS.
7. Keep up to date and distribute Technical Department allocation sheets.
8. Review monthly consultant appointment and insurance tracker, request any insurance certificates that may have expired.
9. Other Technical Department administrative workload items such as arranging department meetings, whereabouts schedules (keeping department annual leave up to date) and monitoring Technical Department mailboxes.
10. Assist the Technical Director with Construction (Design & Management) Regulations compliance by issuing Designer – Pre-Qualification Questionnaire where new consultants are to be appointed and update the consultant insurance tracker accordingly.
11. Ensure the correct specification documents are issued from the Commercial Department for each project.
12. Maintaining subcontractor compliance on SHEAPS portal, CQMS portal and access to Asite.
13. Collating information to evidence compliance with group deals.
14. Collating waste transfer notices from contractors.
15. Set up new developments and subcontractor insurance records on COIN's.
16. Arrange and minute meetings where required.
We’re looking for the following skills and experience:
1. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
2. Experience using A-Site (EDMS).
3. Experience in COINS system.
4. Ability to manage and communicate to stakeholders, both internal and external.
