Responsibilities
* Processing fortnightly and monthly payroll using Sage payroll
* Filing statutory payroll returns
* Dealing with payroll related matters and statutory compliances
* Processing company stores weekly sales
* Ensuring timely Invoices & Credit notes are raised to all customers
* Calculation of franchise fees
* Issuing Monthly Statements to customers
* Preparation of Aged Debt report
* Updating and maintaining customer records
Cash Book and Nominal Entries
* Posting & Allocation of receipts and payments
* Daily Bank reconciliations of all company bank accounts
* Posting of revenue accruals and deferrals
Other Duties to Include
* Investigating and resolving queries from Franchisees regarding Royalty & Marketing Fees
* Assisting with Payroll Processing
* Assisting Internal Audit & Compliance Team
* Undertaking any reasonable task at the request of the Accounts Team
Skills & System Knowledge
* Microsoft Office packages (especially Excel)
* Sage Payroll Experience Essential
* Knowledge of Foreign Currency conversions & Postings
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
* Team player & ability to communicate with all levels
