We are currently seeking a Buyer to join our team at Sell2Swansway. This role is great for someone who is experienced in valuing/buying vehicles. Your main focus will be to close deals and negotiate with customers. You will be part of a small team of Junior Buyers and Administration.
Responsibilities:
* Managing the team in the Group Buyer's absence.
* Making and receiving calls from customers looking to sell their cars for cash.
* Making calls to customers who have previously enquired about selling their vehicle.
* Taking the lead and closing down customers where we have offered pricing.
* Ensuring that customer details, vehicle details and ownership changes are updated at every relevant customer contact opportunity in our CRM platform.
* Using sales AI and CRM effectively.
* Building rapport with customers and negotiating prices.
* Ensuring all checks have been completed prior to Swansway buying or collecting vehicles.
* Updating all records in our CRM system.
* Ensuring Finance have been notified of collections for payments.
* Managing daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s to maintain performance.
* Managing the filters and valuation tools.
* Driving CRM campaigns to target stock as required by Swansway group.
* Working the deals offered and gaining support on pricing.
* Handling pricing objections.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience of working in a similar role.
* Experience of creating, monitoring and collating data from excel spreadsheets.
* Sound practical knowledge of common ICT software packages, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
* An understanding the importance of confidentiality and be able to handle sensitive and confidential issues.
* Effective communication skills, and be able to communicate (verbal, non-verbal, written, digital) with all stakeholders.
* Outstanding organisation skills.
* Proven ability to build, develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers.
* Exceptional customer service skills and phone manner.
* A proven track record of delivery of results.
* Strong project and analytical skills.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
* A strong working knowledge of CRM and AI systems would be advantageous however full training will be given.
