Teaching Personnel are currently seeking to recruit a Primary School based LSA, who is available to work in the Cardiff area on a full-time basis. The school are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual who ideally has experience working with children in a professional or personal capacity. The position is temporary, with the possibility to be extended until the end of the academic year in July 2025. The ideal LSA will have confidence when providing support to the children in the class, whether that be on an individual or small group basis, as well as supporting the teacher and providing a positive learning environment. The successful candidate will also need to bring patience to the role, flexibility and be able to provide engaging activities and lessons for the children.
