We're seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our team at Havas Lynx, a global advertising agency at the forefront of healthcare communications. You will engage with stakeholders to provide financial insight and support, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to junior members of the team. Key responsibilities include working with internal business units to collate budgets, producing month end reports, and running finance inductions for new starters. You will also attend Senior Leadership Team meetings, provide analysis of previous month's performance, and challenge future performance. Additionally, you will work with internal agencies, run regular commercial masterclasses, and produce and review monthly reporting for the network. As a Finance Business Partner, you will support junior members of the team, build your profile around the agency, and liaise with multidisciplinary teams. You will also demonstrate thorough knowledge of our credentials, understand the roles and responsibilities of other agency departments, and ensure appropriate admin procedures are understood and adhered to. This role requires a qualified or part-qualified accountant with month end experience, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, and strong communication skills.
