Role: IT Support Engineer Location: Carlisle / Remote - 3 days onsite / 2 days' work from home Rate: £130 - £170 Duration: 6 - 12 months Requirements: You will be the initial point of contact to provide first and second line ICT support to end users (with the aim of resolving reported incidents at first contact and/or escalate to other resolution teams) via phone, in the users place of work, face to face and remotely. You will participate in the delivery of projects and work packages in ICT Services. Install, maintain and repair end user equipment including installation of 3rd party software. You will undertake routine ICT operational and maintenance activities, such as backups. Keep accurate and timely records in relation to incidents, change requests and assets. You will work with Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, Office365, SharePoint and business applications.
