Job Description
* Handling inbound calls from customers providing sales and technical information
* Proactively calling customers and potential customers
* Identifying new business opportunities
* Dealing with general enquiries
* Processing sales orders using business management software
* Using a CRM system to effectively manage your customers and leads
* Upselling additional services and products
* Mailing out welcome packs to new customers
* General office administration
* Taking payments from customers
* Carrying out parts checks using resources such as Parts Link 24
Skills Required
* Confident telephone manner
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Highly motivated with the initiative to work to a high standard in a close-knit team
* Excellent written communication and numeracy skills
* Ability to work in a busy environment
* Being a team player but also being able to work independently to identify opportunities.
Qualification/Experience Required
* Previous experience of working within sales desirable
* Minimum of 2 years working within the automotive industry
* Experience in a B2B environment
Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
This is an office based role in Long Eaton, Nottingham.
