Continuing Airworthiness Management Services Lead

Northrop Grumman's MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) provides real-time intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) over vast ocean and coastal regions. The aircraft can fly for more than 24 hours at a time, at an altitude above 55,000 feet and an operational range of 8,200 nautical miles.
Your role:
* Manage Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAM) Services for Northrop Grumman Australia's Triton program.
* Ensure ADF Triton aircraft are in the correct configuration, available for their intended purpose, and safe to fly.
* Act as a key member of NGA's engineering and technical services team, overseeing CAM Services across the Triton program.
* Engage with stakeholders to ensure CAM Services comply with regulations and provide guidance on regulatory authority requirements.
* Collaborate with the NGA Engineering and Technical Services team to ensure services for the Royal Australian Air Force are compliant, safe, and fit for purpose to support Triton aircraft operations.
About you:
* Engineering or technical qualifications, with at least 5 years of aviation sustainment experience preferred.
* Knowledge of DASA regulations and experience in applying airworthiness regulations.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Passionate about working in a cutting-edge aerospace environment.

As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable, as such your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
