This is a customer account management role driven by customer service within a finance team.
You will work closely with the Credit Control Team to deliver a high level of service, assist in business growth, and ensure financial collection.
Responsibilities include managing existing customer accounts for a prominent manufacturer. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in inbound or outbound customer service or sales, and be comfortable working independently from home three days a week.
This role focuses on maintaining customer relationships and is not high-pressure. The company provides a comprehensive training structure to support and develop existing customer accounts, including assistance for customers facing financial difficulties.
You will need at least 2 years of inbound or outbound customer service experience.
Your responsibilities will include taking customer payments, processing orders, and managing finance options for customers in need.
Full training is provided, and the position offers great work-life balance with three days of home working and two days in a friendly office environment in Wetherby.

This role is essential for managing ongoing B2B key customer accounts, where customer service is paramount. The customers you will manage are UK-based and place volume monthly orders.
