The Role
As a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician, you’ll ensure the safe and efficient operation of a fast-paced production environment by delivering both proactive and reactive maintenance across a range of disciplines. You’ll be responsible for:
* Responding to breakdowns and carrying out planned maintenance to minimize downtime
* Monitoring machinery during production and making adjustments as needed
* Diagnosing faults and troubleshooting issues using machine history and documentation
* Identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurring failures
* Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
What You Need
* Time-served apprenticeship in a relevant multiskilled discipline (Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical)
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a related field
* Experience in a similar maintenance role within a manufacturing environment
* Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
