The Construction & engineering curriculum team leader will be responsible for:
* Working closely with the Head of construction & engineering to help plan, monitor, manage and evaluate the curriculum.
* Curriculum Planning and Development, Quality Assurance, Staff Support and Development, Student Progress and Outcomes, Operational and Day-to-Day Management, Industry Engagement, Reporting, One-to-ones and PDRs
* This post has a teaching commitment of 14 - 21 hours per week.
The Construction & engineering curriculum team leader will need to have:
* Experience working within the FE sector
* Teaching or assessing qualifications
* Good formal level of education with general qualification passes
* Ideally have recent experience of working in an educational/learning environment
* The ability to liaise with staff and people at all levels (internal and external)
* Flexibility and responsiveness to working hours, patterns and arrangements
