Your role will be to provide excellent service and support to our instruments and customers. This includes preventive maintenance, safety repairs, installing, upgrading, and qualifying instruments such as IQ/OQ. You will also resolve issues through hardware and software troubleshooting. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will communicate with customers via email and telephone to ensure resolution and follow-up. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of the performance data of the equipment, service records, and the stock of spare parts. You will work with colleagues in the wider UK sales team to ensure customer needs are met.
