We are seeking an experienced Multiskilled Technician to help maintain our reputation for excellence in vehicle repairs.
What You’ll Do:
As a Multiskilled Technician at Steer Automotive Group, you will play a crucial role in repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. You'll work on a range of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models, ensuring all repairs meet BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer standards.
Your key responsibilities include:
13. Repairing and replacing body components on damaged vehicles
14. Using specialist equipment to assess and perform repairs
15. Supporting panel, MET, and paint work when required
16. Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
17. Providing cover across departments as needed
About You:
We’re looking for a dedicated technician with:
18. Proven experience across automotive accident repair disciplines, including panel, MET, and paint work
19. Experience working with electric and hybrid vehicles
20. Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
21. Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team
22. ATA / NVQ qualifications (preferred, but we offer support in renewing these)
