Due to growth and expansion, a UK Sales Manager – Off-Site Built Modular Buildings is required by our client to work across the UK.
The client is a well-established market leader within the Modular Buildings / Off-Site Construction sector, known for having a high-quality, industry-leading product range which makes them extremely competitive. They feel it is an exciting time to join the organization as the company continues to prosper year on year and has ambitious growth plans in place for the next 5 years.
They are looking for applicants with proven Sales, Business Development, and Sales Management skills in Modular Buildings / Off-Site Construction. Alternatively, candidates with strong knowledge of selling into the Health Sector, specifically the NHS, or experience selling high-value products in the Health sector (e.g., MRI Scanners or CT Scanners) will be considered.
As the UK Sales Manager – Off-Site Built Modular Buildings, you will be responsible for the sales and business development of the company’s high-quality products. The role will involve working from home, the office, and visiting clients.
You will be measured on the number of clients you meet, the pipeline you build, and ultimately, the sales achieved.

You must possess a proven track record of Business Development and Sales in Modular Buildings / Off-Site Construction or have strong knowledge of selling into the Health Sector (specifically the NHS) or experience with high-value products in the Health sector.
