Due to growth and expansion, a UK Sales Manager – Off-Site Built Modular Buildings is required by our client to work across the UK.
The client is a well-established market leader within the Modular Buildings / Off-Site Construction sector, known for having a high-quality, industry-leading product range which makes them extremely competitive. They are looking for applicants with proven Sales, Business Development, and Sales Management skills in Modular Buildings / Off-Site Construction. Alternatively, strong knowledge of selling into the Health Sector, specifically the NHS, is acceptable. Candidates with experience selling other high-value products into the Health sector / NHS, such as MRI or CT Scanners, may also be considered.
The business is well established and strong within the NHS and wider Health sector. Their bespoke and flexible solutions significantly benefit customers, and they are specialists within the sector.
As the UK Sales Manager – Off-Site Built Modular Buildings, you will be responsible for the sales and business development of the company’s high-quality products. This role includes a mix of working from home, the office, and visiting clients and customers.
You will be measured on the number of clients you meet, the relationships you develop, the pipeline you build, and ultimately, the sales achieved.
The role offers excellent and potentially rapid opportunities for career progression into more senior management positions, so you must be an ambitious and forward-thinking individual. Specifically, the plan is to grow a sales team around this person, making it a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.
You must possess a proven track record of Business Development and Sales in Modular Buildings / Off-Site Construction, or have strong knowledge of selling into the Health Sector (specifically the NHS), or experience selling another high-value product into the Health sector / NHS, such as MRI or CT Scanners.
