* Effective planning, purchasing, and expediting
* Process purchase orders
* Coordinate with various departments to make sure orders arrive on time
* Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
* Working closely with external freight forwarders
Requirements of the Purchasing Administrator:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
* Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot table at a minimum)
