Tasks
* Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
* Identify business opportunities within the existing customer base
* Look for new customers from the industrial and logistics sector
* Listen to customers and identify their needs, help customers find the product that best suits their needs.
* Process orders from customers with our ERP
* Prepare offers for customers and follow up with them afterwards
* Commit to learning our product's technical aspects in order to be able to give excellent advice to our customers.
* Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches
* Contribute to our FAQs section on our website adding the most common customer questions on our products
* Gather customer feedback and share with the rest of the team
Requirements
* Proven work experience in sales
* Experience in B2B, preferably from the industrial or logistics sector
* In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
* Customer-oriented mentality with excellent communication skills
* Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems
* Multitasking skills, eager to take on varied tasks
* Organised and reliable
* Teamworking skills
