A Regional Manager or a Practice Buddy as they're internally known as, are fundamental to the integration and continual support of our Joint Venture Partners (Sharks) and their practices. This role will be supporting our practices across Scotland and will require a certain amount of weekly travelling. Essentially, a key part of the buddy’s role is to introduce, show, monitor and share best practice and support the relationship between our head office function and the practice team. As a Regional Manager, you will ensure our new partners and their teams are fully integrated and set up within the first 90 days at Hakim Group. You will support the change for new directors and their teams through effective and regular communication making connections with HGHQ. Essentially, you'll be a great coomunicator, who is personable, ambitious and can build trusting relationships. Key Responsibilities Conduct purposeful practice visits, varying in style, using standardised visit reports to promote continuity and follow-up of actions and leaving a footprint that defines the impact of your visit Recognise the uniqueness of each practice and its business model, take time to observe how they work, their patient journey, and what makes them special; continually look for opportunities Be curious, know what the local market is up to, feeding back information to ensure we keep competitive Using your observations and analysis of the sales and KPI data, work with the Shark to develop robust business plans that will enable each practice to reach its sales and EBITDA ambitions Ensure the Sharks are working most efficiently and are using the tools and resources available to them via HGHQ Understand the motivations and career ambitions of your Sharks and their teams and build this into the People Review process to enable us to support each person to achieve their ambitions Have honest conversations, and continually provide (and accept) feedback to enable a healthy business relationship of support and challenge Support each practice to achieve the ideal resourcing model which is both efficient and allows the practice to meet customer expectations Focus on the engagement within every team, influence the Sharks (where necessary) on the importance of hiring the right people, onboarding, training, and effective communication ensuring each team member is ‘happy’ Maintain regular engaging two-way communication with Sharks ensuring that you are always listening and responding to their feedback Continually drive improvements at HGHQ, ensuring that the themes from Shark feedback are heard and actioned Be bold, try new things, and share the successes Skills, Knowledge & Experience You’ll be a natural communicator, who is personable with the ability to interact, influence and build trusting relationships at all levels Skilled at prioitisation, can identify and manage urgent/important tasks Experienced at managing change and supporting others to navigate change seamlessly A natural coach and can help others to see and solve their problems Analytical, able to interpret data and trends, provide recommendations and take appropriate action GBP £40,000.00 GBP £40,000.00
