The Role – Key Responsibilities Plan and execute impactful in-store and digital campaigns to drive brand visibility during peak periods, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Oversee the management and optimisation of online marketplaces, including Amazon, coordinating with key stakeholders to enhance performance and growth. Partner with external agencies to develop local promotional materials, ensuring they are consistent with brand guidelines and strategic goals while achieving a strong return on investment. Leverage market research tools to analyse performance trends across brands and competitors, providing actionable insights and suggesting improvements to the marketing strategy. Collaborate with the sales team to support client meetings, foster customer relationships, and drive product distribution growth. Occasionally assist with the organisation of brand and trade events alongside your team. Work closely with your manager to effectively monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on spend. Contribute to the long-term brand and innovation strategy, supporting the development of the business plans. Experience & Skills Required: Prior experience in a dynamic, consumer-focused environment. Familiarity with market data analysis. Proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects across various brands. A collaborative team player. Strong communication skills.
