Customer Service Team Leader Chester le Street, Durham 27,040 per annum bonus, Plus Pension, BUPA Medical Cash Plan, Life Assurance, 22 Days Holiday (rising with service) We are recruiting a full-time, permanent Customer Service Team Leader working 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday onsite at Chester le Street, to assist the Senior Customer Service Manager with support and supervision of the depot sales and customer service team. This isn't your average Customer Service role - no weekend or evening working If successful, you ll be joining a friendly, focused, supportive and professional team. The job Deliver outstanding customer service and account management Take on a hands-on role helping the Customer Sales Manager shape the performance of the Customer Service Team Responsible for supporting the Customer Service Team to complete their daily tasks on time Provide training, support and supervision for the Customer Service Team Use business intelligence and data to ensure optimum team performance What we re looking for A health and safety champion, you will lead safety performance Experience of customer service and sales with people management experience, ideally in catering, telesales, call centre or retail environment Proven record of securing new accounts Strong negotiating skills and customer focus Good telephone and communication abilities The ability to manage changing and conflicting priorities GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent Strong IT skills What do we offer?
